Payment is processed at the time you place your order, through Shopify's secure, PCI DSS compliant checkout. Rianova does not see, handle or store your full payment card details.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you submit.

Shipping terms, delivery estimates and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where our Shipping Policy provides otherwise for lost or damaged packages.
