Rianova — Shipping Policy

Where we ship. Rianova currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time, and we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

How long it takes. Your total delivery time is order processing time plus shipping time. Order processing takes 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days. Total estimated delivery is 8–17 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time, or on a weekend or holiday, begin processing the next business day. We publish the honest range rather than a best-case number.

Shipping costs. Shipping is FREE on orders of $50.00 and above. On orders under $50.00, shipping is calculated at checkout. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees added after purchase.

Order tracking. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking information can take 2–5 business days to begin updating after you receive it — this is normal and does not mean your package is lost.

Split shipments. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days at no extra cost to you. You will receive tracking for each package.

Wrong or incomplete address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipping; the cost of the second shipment is the customer's responsibility. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Delayed, lost or damaged packages. If your order has not arrived 5 business days after the end of the estimated window, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will reship it or refund you in full — your choice. If your item arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund you in full at no cost.

Currency and taxes. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Because we only ship domestically within the United States, there are no customs duties or import fees on your order.
